Welcome to a fantastically nice and fresh apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!
Both rooms have double beds, 1.80 and 1.60 meters wide respectively, and are full length.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Wifi is available as well as a TV with Chromecast. Central AC in all rooms.
The roof terrace has a sea view and is furnished with a large dining area, lounge group, barbecue, and sun loungers. A retractable awning is available over the lounge group. There is also a washing machine on the roof terrace. On the living level, there are two smaller balconies facing each direction. One has a view of the pool area with 4 dining areas and the other has a cafe table with two chairs.
The area has a large lovely pool which is divided with a shallower pool for children. Here is a boules court and nice lawns. Boules are available in the apartment.
A few minutes walk away are many nice restaurants and a large grocery store. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Here are also two fine restaurants with sea views, Nautilus and Punta Prima.
It takes 5-15 minutes by car to reach all other beaches.
Within walking distance, there are two fantastic paddle facilities, Orange Padel and El Capitan. Many fine golf courses are within 10-25 minutes by car: Villa Martin, Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Lo Romero, La Finca, Vistabella, Saurines, Campoamor, La Marquesa.
Torrevieja is about 10 minutes away by car, but there are also bus connections. It takes 7-8 minutes by car to get to the large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard, here are over 150 shops and restaurants for all tastes.
You can also make excursions to nearby cities such as Cartagena, Elche, and Alicante or why not take the opportunity to visit pleasant vineyards.
The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free.
