The area is located just south of Torrevieja, away from the city itself, but with direct proximity to many wonderful beaches, large shopping centers, markets, and restaurant areas. The house is about six years old. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a ground floor terrace, a balcony on the upper floor, and a large rooftop terrace with artificial grass.

Bunk bed (90 cm), good storage with large wardrobes, a desk, and sea views.

There is central AC/heating, one for each floor.
Parking is available right outside the area, and a garage space is available under the area.
The area has a large pool that is 25 meters long. The community consists mainly of Scandinavians and Belgians. It is never lonely as many live there permanently, and many seasonal residents stay over the winter. The location is fantastic with direct proximity to a grocery store, around 30 restaurants, McDonald's, Jysk, a pharmacy, and Consum. It is less than 1 km to the sea.

High season June - August: 1250 euros/week
A cleaning fee of 110 euros is added regardless of the length of stay.
