The beds are equipped with comfortable quality mattresses. There is also an extra child/baby bed, high chair, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Only 8-15 minutes to 4 golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas). Great walking and cycling areas in the immediate vicinity.

8 km to Torrevieja, 2 km to emergency room and 5 km to hospital. Alicante Airport approx. 45 min. and San Javier Airport approx. 20 min.

Price per day beyond a weekly basis: 120 euros.

1 April to 31 May: 700 euros.

1. November to March 31: Price per week: 500 euros.

Price per day beyond a weekly basis: 75 euros.

Long-term rental in the winter, from 1 November to 1 March, can be done by agreement.

Deposit 250 euros, 500 euros for long-term rentals, returned at check-out if everything is in order.
