This great apartment is located in San Fulgencio and benefits from short distances to both Santa Pola and Torrevieja as well as the white sandy beaches along the Costa Blanca coastline.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area with excellent sun conditions throughout the day and evening. Fiber broadband and IP TV are available wherever you are throughout the house, so you can retreat and enjoy your own time when you want - whether you are big or small, alone or with company.

The outdoor area consists of a dining table, plenty of chairs and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing summer evenings. You can also use the grill to prepare delicious meals outdoors.

Walking distance to good restaurants so you don't have to be a driver. Perfect for families with small children. Few Norwegians in the condominium, which means that there are often few people at the pool area during our school holidays.

Whether you want to enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches, play golf on some of the best golf courses in the area (there are around 50 golf courses within a 25-minute radius), cycle, hike in the mountains or just relax by the pool, we can promise you a wonderful stay in safe and quiet surroundings.

There are 70 restaurants and 5 large supermarkets nearby, as well as beautiful beaches as far as the eye can see. The Costa Blanca, also known as "The White Coast", has the best climate in Europe with the most sunny days a year. La Marina is only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful 15 kilometer long Costa Blanca beach, which stretches from Santa Pola to La Mata.

Summer temperatures are usually between 25 and 35 degrees, while winter temperatures are between 12 and 24 degrees. Alicante airport is only 20 minutes away and La Marina beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car or a short walk to the nearest shop.

La Marina is a large and beautiful urbanization with a diversity of permanent residents from different parts of Spain and Europe. It is only 25 minutes from Alicante airport, and there are daily flights (in high season) from Norway with SAS, Norwegian and Ryanair. Here you will find everything you need, from large supermarkets to butchers, pharmacies, police and emergency services, as well as a selection of bars and restaurants as previously mentioned. A mobile market takes place three times a week, on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

La Marina is also approximately 45 minutes from Benidorm and approx. 60 minutes from Altea/Albir.

It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Spanish city of Elche, which is known for its rich selection of restaurants, bars and all imaginable facilities, as well as Europe's second largest palm park. If you are interested in shopping, you will find the popular shopping centers of Habaneras (Torrevieja, about 15 minutes drive) and La Zenia Boulevard (about 20 minutes drive) nearby. Alicante is 25 minutes in the opposite direction and is absolutely worth a visit if you want to experience big city life and shopping. Here you will also find beautiful beaches and a great promenade.

We also recommend having access to a car, but we can arrange transport to/from the airport - and that the keyholder is available during the entire stay.

RENTAL PRICES:

High season: June, July and August: 700 euros per week.

Mid-season: May and Sept, Oct 500 per week.

Long-term rental: can be offered on request. Please contact us for price and conditions.

Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.

A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
