The apartment features two bathrooms, each with shower corners and a sink with drawers underneath. Underfloor heating is installed in the living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. For extra convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer available.
Air conditioning units are installed in the living room and both bedrooms. The apartment also has a terrace off the living room, as well as a large rooftop terrace furnished with chairs, tables, sofa, grill, and a pergola for sunny days.
Facilities:
The complex has a gated area with a tropical garden, playground, bocce courts, large swimming pool, children's pool, and jacuzzi. Apple TV is available for entertainment. Internet access is included (fiber with 100 MB speed) both wired and wireless.

Located in the highly sought-after Oasis Beach area, the apartment is within walking distance to several "blue flag" beaches, the new Zenia Boulevard shopping center, and many restaurants, shops, bars, banks, bus stops, bike rentals, and taxis. There are also four golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, and Las Colinas) within an 8-15 minute drive, as well as beautiful hiking and biking trails nearby.
Price Information:
June 1st to August 30th: Weekly rate: 1000 euros. Daily rate beyond weekly basis: 145 euros.
September 1st to May 31st: Weekly rate: 600 euros. Daily rate beyond weekly basis: 85 euros.
Long-term rental in winter (November 1st to March 1st) available upon request. Monthly rate: Contact for details.
Electricity and water are charged based on consumption.
A deposit of 250 euros (500 euros for long-term rental) is required, refundable upon check-out if everything is in order.
A cleaning fee of 110 euros (including laundering of towels and bed linen) is added to the rental price.
