Oasis Beach at La Zenia is the perfect place if you want to be close to everything but still have peace and quiet.
Here you will find, among other things, one of Spain's largest outdoor shopping centers (Zenia Boulevard), only within 2 minutes' walking distance from the apartment.
The complex was completed in 2015, and is located in the heart of La Zenia, with a short distance to both nightlife, restaurants, shopping centres, nice hiking trails and several beautiful beaches in a row.

Rental price includes electricity, water, wireless internet (fibre), bed linen and towels.
Use of the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace can be arranged on request: 100 euros per week.
Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.
A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
