The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, providing sleeping space for a total of six people. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, and the smaller bedroom even has a small safe for guests' security.

With two modern bathrooms, both equipped with shower corners and sinks, it's easy to feel at home. Underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. A washing machine and dryer are also available for guests' convenience.

To ensure pleasant temperatures, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.

A spacious terrace faces the pool and is partially enclosed, allowing it to be enjoyed in all weather conditions. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, seating areas, and an electric awning.

Rental prices and conditions are as follows:

High season (June 1st to August 30th): 850 euros per week, with a daily rate of 120 euros beyond weekly basis.
Low season (September 1st to May 31st): 500 euros per week, with a daily rate of 75 euros beyond weekly basis.
Long-term rental in winter (November 1st to March 1st) can be arranged.
Electricity and water are charged based on consumption.
A deposit of 250 euros (500 euros for long-term rental) is required, and a cleaning fee of 110 euros is added to the rental price.

Amenities include air conditioning, underfloor heating, internet access, balcony/terrace with outdoor furniture and awnings, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, beach equipment, and modern appliances.
