Only 5 minutes leisurely walk from Zenia Boulevard and only 10 minutes from the wonderful La Zenia beach.
Great ground floor apartment in the popular complex Secreto de La Zenia, which consists of eight buildings, with a total of 56 homes. The apartment from 2016 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine. Beds for 5 people + cot. In the apartment there is a large TV and Playstation 4 with 2 controllers. The large and spacious terrace faces the swimming pool and the common area. If you have a rental car, there is separate parking inside the area.
The complex is fenced, and access is only possible via code-operated gates. There is a communal swimming pool with a separate section for children. Is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. The area around the pool is 800 square meters with natural lawn and trees that shade the sun, and two heated jacuzzis with space for 6/8 people in each. By the pool there are outdoor showers as well as a Finnish sauna with toilets and showers indoors. There is also a playground for the children and an area with biomechanical equipment for those who like to exercise.
RENTAL PRICES:
June, July and August: 790 euros per week.
April, May, September and October: 500 euros per week.
November, December, January, February and March: 300 euros per week.
Long-term rental: can be offered on request. Contact us for price and conditions.
Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.
A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
Secreto de La Zenia is a peaceful and quiet oasis, located in a very popular area. Right outside the door you will find two large supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl, with a fantastic selection of fresh produce. Within 5 minutes' walk you will find the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, the largest shopping center in the province of Alicante. The shopping center contains several great restaurants in addition to the varied amount of shops.
Only 850 meters from the apartment is the beautiful beach in La Zenia. If you continue along the coast, you will find several beaches such as Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan, Playa Plamenca and Campoamor. There is a go-kart track between La Zenia and Punta Prima, and not far from a very good sports facility with an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and football pitches.
If you like to play golf, there are several exclusive golf courses in the immediate area. Villamartin Golf is 5 minutes by car from the apartment, and if you drive a little further you will find seven more great golf courses: Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Las Colinas, Vistabella, La Finca, La Marquesa and Lo Romero.
Secreto De La Zenia is just 300 meters from the AP-7 motorway exit and 350 meters from the N-332 national road to Torrevieja or Cartagena. Distance to airports is approx. 20 minutes from San Javier Airport (nearest) and 45 minutes from the airport at El Altet - Alicante.
Collection and delivery from the airport can be arranged.
As you have most everything within walking distance, there is no need for a rental car. It is easy to get a taxi from Alicante and Murcia. If you choose a rental car, there are countless water parks, zoos and exciting sights within short distances.
With more than 300 sunny days per year, the area has very pleasant temperatures, with mild winters and hot summers. The salt lakes in the Torrevieja region have a positive impact on the microclimate, leading to low rainfall and a stable warm climate with little wind. The World Health Organization has classified the Costa Blanca coast as one of the world's healthiest places to live. Some of the best marinas are also located here (Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and more). The area has various coves, fishing spots and reefs which are a real paradise for lovers of sailing and diving.
