Attractive and easy-care apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the second floor of Royal Park Green Spa. The building has a lift. There are 7 permanent beds; two bedrooms with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. There are duvets, pillows and bed linen for all beds, as well as shower towels for the guests.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside.

Royal Park Green Spa is a symbol of quality in the Spanish residential sector. Here, the comfort and benefits for the residents are the dominant aspect. RENTAL PRICES:

June, July and August: 870 euros per week.

September, first part of October, April, May + winter holiday and Easter holiday: 670 euros per week.

Last part October, November, December, January, February, March: 520 euros per week.

Electricity and water are included in the price.

In addition, there is 110 EURO for washing the apartment after use.

Deposit 250 EURO, returned if everything is in order at checkout.

We can arrange collection and delivery at the airport if desired.

NFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA:

The residential complex is located in Lomas de Cabo Roig, which is in the middle of the Costa Blanca coast (Alicante), and surrounded by some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Several popular beaches are just a few minutes away by car: La Zenia Beach, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor etc. The latter four have again been awarded the blue flag award. This is an international environmental certification that is renewed every year and given to the very best beaches in the area. The users of these beaches can be confident that the standard in terms of environment, safety, service and water quality is at a high level and in accordance with strict requirements.

With more than 300 sunny days per year, the area has very pleasant temperatures, with mild winters and hot summers. Lomas de Cabo Roig is a newly popular and thriving area, where new buildings are constantly being built. In the area there are several good quality restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, China Market, petrol station, car hire, pubs, hairdresser and nail salon and grocery store.

Access by travel is excellent, as the property is very close to the main motorways and toll roads, AP-7 and N332, as well as the international airports of El Altet (Alicante) and Corvera (Murcia). Distance to both airports is approx. 45 minutes by car.
