There are 7 permanent beds; two bedrooms with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. There are duvets, pillows and bed linen for all beds, as well as shower towels for the guests.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside.

In addition, there is 110 EURO for washing the apartment after use.

The residential complex is located in Lomas de Cabo Roig, which is in the middle of the Costa Blanca coast (Alicante), and surrounded by some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Access by travel is excellent, as the property is very close to the main motorways and toll roads, AP-7 and N332, as well as the international airports of El Altet (Alicante) and Corvera (Murcia). Distance to both airports is approx. 45 minutes by car.
