We are renting out a large and comfortable house, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay in a safe and central location. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Main Floor:
All rooms have air conditioning, including the living room.
The house features an open-plan living room and kitchen with ample space. There is also a separate laundry room with an extra refrigerator. The pool is one of the largest for private ownership, and we have a gardener and pool technician who ensure that the house and garden are always in top condition. A local caretaker is also available if needed.
Car Available for an Extra Fee:
A 7-seater Citroën Picasso is available during your stay for an additional charge. This is a practical car with low mileage (approximately 35,000 km).
Area and Activities:
The house is located in a safe and quiet area, just 300 meters from local shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The area offers beautiful parks, mini-golf, tennis, padel, and other activities. Many good restaurants are within walking distance.
RENTAL RATES:
Minimum 1 week rental.
The rental price includes electricity, water, wireless internet (fiber), bed linens, and towels.
Final cleaning is additional to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, €180.
A deposit is also required and must be paid at the time of reservation, €500. The deposit will be refunded if everything is in order at checkout.
Long-term rental: Can be offered upon request. Contact us for pricing and conditions.
