RENTAL PRICES (short-term rental)

High season - July and August: 850 euros.

Mid-season - May, June, September, October:: 650 euros per week.

Low season – November, December, January, February, March and April: 450 euros per week.

Long-term rental of a minimum of one continuous month: price on request.

Washing EUR 110 is additional.

Deposit 250 euros.

PAYMENT TERMS:

When the apartment is reserved, a deposit of 250 euros is paid into the account. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period if everything is in order at check-out. The agreed rental price and laundry are paid into the account no later than one month before arrival.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA:

The residential complex is located in lower Lomas de Cabo Roig, which is in the middle of the Costa Blanca coast (Alicante), and surrounded by some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Several popular beaches are just a few minutes away: La Zenia Beach, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor etc. The latter four have again been awarded the blue flag award. This is an international environmental certification that is renewed every year and given to the very best beaches in the area. The users of these beaches can rest assured that the standard in terms of environment, safety, service and water quality is at a high level and in accordance with strict requirements.

With more than 300 sunny days per year, the area has very pleasant temperatures, with mild winters and hot summers. The World Health Organization has also classified the Costa Blanca coast as one of the world's healthiest places to live. The salt lakes in the Torrevieja region have a positive impact on the microclimate, leading to low rainfall and a stable warm climate with little wind. Some of the best marinas are also located here (Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, Campoamor etc.) All of these have different islands, coves, fishing spots and reefs, which create a real paradise for lovers of sailing and diving.

It is approx. 1 km walking distance to the new shopping center Zenia Boulevard, with over 160,000 square metres, 150 shops and 5,000 free parking spaces. This is the largest and best commercial shopping center in the entire Alicante area.

Access by travel is excellent, as the property is very close to the main motorways and toll roads, AP-7 and N332, as well as the international airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javier (Murcia). Distance to both airports is approx. 35 minutes by car.
