PAYMENT TERMS:
When the apartment is reserved, a deposit of 250 euros is paid into the account. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period if everything is in order at check-out. The agreed rental price and laundry are paid into the account no later than one month before arrival.

The residential complex is located in lower Lomas de Cabo Roig, which is in the middle of the Costa Blanca coast (Alicante), and surrounded by some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Several popular beaches are just a few minutes away: La Zenia Beach, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor etc. The latter four have again been awarded the blue flag award. This is an international environmental certification that is renewed every year and given to the very best beaches in the area.
