RENTAL PRICES:
June, July and August: 840 euros per week.
April, May, September and October: 700 euros per week.
November, December, January, February and March: 450 euros per week.
Long-term rental: can be offered on request. Contact us for price and conditions.
Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.
A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located 500 meters from the beach in Pilar de La Horadada, which is a fishing village south of Torrevieja. Here you will find a number of good restaurants and a grocery store 200 meters from the apartment.
If you like to play golf, there are several exclusive golf courses in the immediate area. Villamartin Golf is 10 minutes by car from the apartment, and if you drive a little further you will find seven more great golf courses: Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Las Colinas, Vistabella, La Finca, La Marquesa and Lo Romero.
Distance to airports is approx. 25 minutes from San Javier Airport (nearest) and 40 minutes from the airport at El Altet - Alicante.
Collection and delivery from the airport can be arranged.
With more than 300 sunny days per year, the area has very pleasant temperatures, with mild winters and hot summers. The salt lakes in the Torrevieja region have a positive impact on the microclimate, leading to low rainfall and a stable warm climate with little wind. The World Health Organization has classified the Costa Blanca coast as one of the world's healthiest places to live. Some of the best marinas are also located here (Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and more). The area has various coves, fishing spots and reefs which are a real paradise for lovers of sailing and diving.
