In addition, you will have access to a beautiful communal area with no less than three swimming pools, one of which is heated and covered, as well as a soothing jacuzzi. For the active, there is exercise equipment available, so you can keep fit and feel fresh and energetic throughout your stay.
The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area, close to the famous Villamartin golf course. There are also two other golf courses within a 10-minute drive, so you will definitely have plenty of golfing experiences if you so desire. In addition, you will find a number of restaurants, bars, supermarket, petrol station and the lively Saturday market at Playa Flamenca, all within 500 meters walking distance.
If you love beach life, the beautiful Playa de la Zenia is less than three kilometers away, nor is it far from a multitude of other beaches in the area. It is also within walking distance (1.3 km) to the very popular shopping center Zenia Boulevard, which has over 150 shops.
Transport is easy, as Alicante airport is only 45 minutes away. Collection and delivery can be arranged for you.
The area has more than 300 sunny days per year, and therefore enjoys very pleasant temperatures with mild winters and hot summers. The salt lakes in the Torrevieja region have a positive impact on the microclimate, leading to low rainfall and a stable warm climate with little wind. The World Health Organization has even classified the Costa Blanca coast as one of the world's healthiest places to live. The area also has some of the best marinas (Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and more) as well as beautiful coves, fishing spots and reefs, which are a true paradise for lovers of sailing and diving.
RENTAL PRICES:
High season: June, July and August: 990 euros per week.
Mid-season: April, May and September, October 800 euros per week.
Low season: January, February and November, December: 600 euros per week.
Long-term rental: can be offered on request. Please contact us for price and conditions.
Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.
A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
