LOCATION:
The property is located approx. 45 minutes south of Alicante airport, close to a number of well-known golf courses, beaches and one of Spain's largest shopping centres, La Zenia Boulevard. It is about 200 meters to the nearest grocery store and several restaurants. Most everything is within walking distance, so you basically don't need a car.
RENTAL PRICES:
June, July and August: 1,300 euros, otherwise 850 euros per week for the rest of the year.
Long-term rental: can be offered on request. Contact us for price and conditions.
Washing comes in addition to the rental price and is paid by the tenant, 110 euros.
A deposit will also be added and paid at the time of reservation, 250 euros. Will be returned if everything is in order at checkout.
